Proposal for Supplement 9 to the 02 series of amendments to Regulation No. 31

Proposal to amend the title of UN R31 by inserting “Halogen” and using the abbreviation “HSB” in order to distiguish the regulation from UN R5. In its justification, GTB also raises the “freezing” of both these regulations as they relate to outdated technologies for future consideration.
