The expert from the Kingdom of the Netherlands presented informal document GRSP-78-45 amending ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRSP/2025/30 to transpose provisions for Deployable Pedestrian Protection Systems (DPPS) from UN GTR No. 9 into UN Regulation No. 127. He indicated that there was still some work to be done before adoption and announced his intention to come back to the next session with a new proposal.

The expert from the Kingdom of the Netherlands presented informal document GRSP-79-06 amending ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRSP/2025/30 to transpose provisions for Deployable Pedestrian Protection Systems (DPPS) from UN GTR No. 9 into UN Regulation No. 127. The expert from OICA supported the proposal and asserted that it was ready for adoption. GRSP adopted informal document GRSP-79-06 (as reproduced in annex IV) and requested the secretariat to submit it as a proposal for a 05 series of amendments to UN Regulation No. 127 to the June 2026 sessions of WP.29 and AC.1.
