19. The expert from France presented informal document GRSP-78-13-Rev.1, which merged ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRSP/2025/27 and ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRSP/2025/44 by France and OICA, respectively. The resulting proposal aims to correct and clarify the text of the regulation, and to modify the current wording which creates misunderstandings and a non-harmonized application of the regulation by technical services. GRSP adopted informal document GRSP-78-13-Rev.1 (as reproduced in annex IV) and requested the secretariat to submit it as proposals for supplement 1 to the 10 series of amendments, supplement 2 to the 11 series of amendments and supplement 1 to the 12 series of amendments to UN Regulation No. 17 to the June 2026 sessions of WP.29 and the Administrative Committee of the 1958 Agreement (AC.1).
