S. Dubuc gave an overview of the state of work (see document WLTP‐DTP‐09‐16).

The group decided to release the GTR text Version 1. The main objectives are:

• ► Text shall become useable and readable;
• ► Annexes to be included: 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8

The necessary input to this version 1 was addressed by the Drafting Coordinator and will be provided by the subgroups until mid of May. The Drafting Coordinator will invite representatives of the DTP‐subgroups, the relevant experts and the DHC‐group to fix the open issues. He will merge the input and publish the updated Version of GTR1 until end of May.

Other decisions taken by DTP:

• ► DTP decided to add a chapter that defines which kind of test shall be conducted for which class of vehicle.
• ► The group decided, that the different type of tests are named in the same way than former GTRs (e.g. GTR 2). Contracting Parties are asked for confirmation.
• ► It was decided to keep Annex 3 (Determination of System Equivalency) in the GTR structure. S. Dubuc will make an initial proposal at a later stage.
• ► OICA will present for DTP10 a proposal, how to deal with speed‐tolerances for following the cycle, smoothing, actuation of pedals,…
• ► DTP agreed on the idea to install a peer review editorial group. Possible Participants from different contracting parties and proceeding will be discussed at DTP 10;
