GRE requested the secretariat to correct these cross reference, as reproduced below, when issuing Supplement 7 to the 04 series of amendments to Regulation No. 48.

14. The expert from GTB withdrew GRE-66-06.

15. The expert from Japan introduced GRE-66-07 clarifying that a tailgate of a truck, which is open and is not locked, is in a “a fixed position”. GRE invited the expert from Japan to prepare a revised proposal with a better wording, for consideration at the next March 2012 session of GRE.
