13. The expert from Japan introduced GRE-66-02 correcting some cross references in Supplement 7 to the 04 series of amendments to Regulation No. 48. GRE requested the secretariat to correct these cross reference, as reproduced below, when issuing Supplement 7 to the 04 series of amendments to Regulation No. 48.

14. The expert from GTB withdrew GRE-66-06.

15. The expert from Japan introduced GRE-66-07 clarifying that a tailgate of a truck, which is open and is not locked, is in a “a fixed position”. GRE invited the expert from Japan to prepare a revised proposal with a better wording, for consideration at the next March 2012 session of GRE.

22. The expert of GTB introduced ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRE/2011/20 and ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRE/2011/21 through a presentation (GRE-65-33). GRE adopted ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRE/2011/20 (amended by GRE-65-26) as amended by Annex V to this report and ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRE/2011/21, not amended. The secretariat was requested to submit to WP.29 and AC.1 at their November 2011 sessions, ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRE/2011/20 as part of (see paras. 6 and 15) draft Supplement 8 to the 04 series of amendments to Regulation No. 48 and ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRE/2011/21 as draft Supplement 2 to the 01 series of amendments to Regulation No. 112.
