WP.29 \| Session 171 \| 14-17 Mar 2017		113. The secretariat presented WP.29-171-23, listing all of the adopted proposals during the 170th WP.29 session and their expected date of entry into force. The secretariat explained that there is a backlog of preparing consolidated documents because of human resource constraints. 114. The World Forum took note of the delays in the consolidation of documents and the human resource constraints. The World Forum requested the secretariat to prepare a document for the 172nd session of WP.29 that would describe all delays and issues that the staff cuts have caused.
