Document title	Proposal for Supplement 17 to the 02 series of amendments to Regulation No. 3
Date	16 Dec 2016			As part of the Simplification of Lighting Regulations program, this proposal prepares UN R3 for being "frozen" and superseded by a new comprehensive regulation on retro-reflecting devices. The proposal incorporates by reference specifications, as applicable, of the lighting installation Regulations Nos. 48, 53, 74 or 86 and adds specifications for conformity of production.
