31. The expert from Finland, co-chairing the informal Group on Agricultural Vehicle Lighting Installation (AVLI), introduced a draft proposal for the 01 series of amendments to Regulation No. 86 (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRE/2015/43 and GRE-74-02). GRE noted that the only outstanding issue was the text in square brackets in paragraph 6.8.1. on the front position lamps. Following an in-depth discussion, GRE decided to delete this text. 32. The expert from EC pointed out the need to analyse, together with the EC legal services, the consistency between the EU legislation and the proposed draft of the 01 series of amendments to Regulation No. 86. Therefore, he reserved his position and suggested that the adoption of the proposal be postponed to the next session. GRE agreed with his suggestion. |
