Item text: GRPE may wish to consider a proposal from the experts of the European Commission and the International Organization of Motor Vehicle Manufacturers (OICA) proposing a new <notextile>[09]</notextile> series of amendments to UN Regulation No. 83, containing, among others, new requirements on manipulation devices and manipulation strategies; and on anti-tampering, security and cybersecurity. In addition the new series introduces extended lifetime provisions, as well as In-Service Conformity requirements for in-vehicle battery durability.
