134. The fifty-ninth session of the Executive Committee (AC.3) was held on 11 November 2020 and chaired by the representative of the United States of America. Decision taking and voting followed the special proceedings during COVID-19 period, which had been adopted by all Contracting Parties to the 1998 Agreement under a silence procedure on 30 October 2020. The representatives of 14 of the 38 contracting parties to the agreement attended: Australia, Canada, China, European Union (representing Cyprus, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and voting for United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland), India, Japan, Malaysia, Nigeria, Norway, Republic of Korea, Russian Federation, South Africa, Tunisia and the United States of America.
