Revised proposal from GRE (for the March 2019 WP.29 session) to introduce transitional provisions for the phasing out of UN R19 in conjunction with the introduction of the new UN Regulation on Road Illumination Devices (RID).
This proposal (WP.29/2018/95/Rev.1) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-five Contracting Parties out of the 48 applying UN R19 were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-five voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
