Proposal to - augment the provisions to address the needs of persons with reduced mobility by improving accommodations for wheelchair users and for persons who are visually and/or hearing impaired, and
- replace the prohibition against the use of reinforced insulation for trolleybus circuits directly connected to the overhead power line with a requirement that such circuits shall be double insulated.

This proposal (WP.29/2018/21) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-four Contracting Parties out of the 47 applying UN R107 were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-four voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
