Proposal to clarify the requirements for light sources in the lighting and light-signalling Regulations listed in Annex 4 to Regulation No. 0 on the International Whole Vehicle Type Approval (IWVTA).
This proposal (WP.29/2017/78) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-seven Contracting Parties out of the 47 applying UN R38 were present for the vote by AC.1. Zero voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
