Consolidated revision of document GRRF/2015/35 including amendments as agreed by GRRF

This proposal (WP.29/2016/5), Amended para. 58, was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-three Contracting Parties out of the 42 applying UN R55 were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-three voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
