GRBP will be briefed on the activities of the IWG on Wet Grip Performance of Tyres in Worn State (IWG WGWT).
GRBP will address a proposal for a new Supplement to the 04 series of amendments to UN Regulation No. 117 tabled by IWG WGWT.
GRBP is invited to consider corrections to the 04 series of amendments to UN Regulation No. 117 submitted by the experts from ETRTO.
GRBP may wish to revert to the proposal by the expert of the American Automotive Policy Council (AAPC) that allowed, under certain conditions and weight limits, the use of LT-marked tyres with a rolling resistance greater than the current limits in UN Regulation No. 117.
