Document proposing regulations for inclusion in the pending regulation on International Whole Vehicle Type Approvals and providing guidance to the Working Parties in their respective reviews of this work.

This document reports on the review by the GR of the regulations under consideration for inclusion in the international whole vehicle type approval system. The aim is to establish IWVTA based upon a first set of regulations easily transposed to the whole vehicle system. A second phase would address regulations requiring significant revision to reach consensus.
