The World Forum agreed to continue consideration of this issue, which affects both the current version of the 1958 Agreement (Revision 3) as well as its previous version. WP.29 may wish to continue considerations on the proposal for Revision 3 of the draft guidelines on amendments to UN Regulations at the March 2023 session.
