Proposal to amend additive deterioration factors and the PEV run-in requirement, to align the manufacturer information document with the type-approval certificate, to clarify that compliance with a limit when measured according to PN10 demonstrates compliance with the same limit according to PN23, and to effect corrections and editorial improvements.
