Proposal to align the manufacturer information document with the type-approval certificate, make corrections, clarifications and improvements that have already been introduced into the 02 and 03 series of amendments of UN R154, and clarify that compliance with a limit measured according to PN10 demonstrates compliance with the same limit according to PN23.
