Proposal to insert a new para. 0.2. clarifying the assessment procedure for door opening and permitting the use of an external vehicle lift when a vehicle needs to be returned to its wheels following the side impact test to comply with workshop health and safety requirements, and insert a new para. 5.3.3.1.1. providing that if necessary the vehicle shall be put back on its wheels and paragraphs 5.3.3. and 5.3.3.1. shall apply once in this condition.
