Proposal to insert a new introduction section clarifying the assessment procedure for door opening and permitting use of external vehicle lifts to return vehicles to their wheels following side impact testing for workshop health and safety compliance, and insert a new paragraph 5.3.3.1.1. specifying that when necessary the vehicle shall be put back on its wheels and paragraphs 5.3.3. and 5.3.3.1. shall apply.
