The representative of the Russian Federation, on behalf of the Chair of IWG on Tyre GTR, reported that GRBP, at its seventieth session in September 2019, had adopted draft Amendment 2 to UN GTR No. 16 and that the adopted documents would be submitted to the March 2020 session of AC.3. He pointed out that the draft amendment had been prepared by IWG and thanked the experts from Canada, China, Japan, Netherlands, United States of America, and the tyre and automotive industry for participating.
