Established in February 2008, EMISIA SA specializes in emissions inventorying, emission modeling, and impact assessment studies of environmental policies primarily for road, rail, and aviation. EMISIA was created as an independent business from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki Laboratory of Applied Thermodynamics and staffed by mechanical, electrical, chemical and software engineers versed in environmental studies.
