66. The World Forum considered the draft amendment under agenda item 4.6.1 and recommended its submission to AC.1 for voting, subject to the following correction:

This proposal (WP.29/2017/110), as amended by para. 67, was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-four Contracting Parties out of the 45 applying UN R48 were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-four voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
