UN Regulation No. 43 (Safety Glazing): GRSG may wish to continue consideration of a proposal (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRSG/2026/22) tabled by the expert from the International Organization of Motor Vehicle Manufacturers (OICA) to harmonize the location of the lower datum point (5°) of paragraph 5.1.1.3. to the angle of obstruction requirement of paragraph 5.1.3. (4°). Moreover, GRSG may wish to consider a proposal (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRSG/2026/20) prepared by the expert of the Kingdom of the Netherlands concerning mirror-chameleon treatment or foil on the windscreens and the front-side windows.
