115. The seventy-fifth session of the Executive Committee (AC.3) was held on 11 March 2026 and chaired by the representative of the United States of America. The representatives of 14 of the 40 contracting parties to the agreement attended: Canada, China, European Union (representing Cyprus, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands (Kingdom of the), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden), India, Japan, Nigeria, Norway, Republic of Korea, Republic of Moldova, Russian Federation, Tunisia, Turkiye, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and United States of America.
