WP.29 noted that, at the ITC session in February 2026, the Russian Federation had reported cases of non-compliance of vehicles which were tested for the purposes of type approval by technical services outside their location (on-site tests) and that ITC had requested WP.29 to address these concerns. The Russian Federation confirmed that a document on this matter would be submitted to the June 2026 session of WP.29 for consideration.
