1. The Working Party on Passive Safety (GRSP) held its seventy-eighth session from 1 to 4 December 2025 in Geneva. Chaired by Mr. H. G. Kim (Republic of Korea) and with Mr. V. Calzadilla (Spain) chairing the last day of the meeting, experts from the following countries participated following rule 1(a) of the Rules of Procedure of the World Forum for Harmonization of Vehicle Regulations (WP.29) (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/690/Rev.2): Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands (Kingdom of the), Norway, Poland, Republic of Korea, Russian Federation, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, United States of America. The European Commission (EC) participated. Experts from the following non-governmental organizations participated: American Automotive Policy Council (AAPC), Consumers International (CI), European Association of Automotive Suppliers (CLEPA), Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA), International Motorcycle Manufacturers Association (IMMA), International Motor Vehicle Inspection Committee (CITA), International Organization of Motor Vehicle Manufacturers (OICA), International Road Transport Union (IRU) and Kids and Car Safety.
