Proposal to amend Appendix 1 to Annex 1 to insert heading “Annex 1 – Appendix 1” and amend the model of declaration of compliance for Software Update Management System Manufacturers to reference paragraph 7.1 of UN Regulation No. 156, and amend Annex 4 to insert headings “CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCEFOR” and “SOFTWAREUPDATEMANAGEMENTSYSTEM” in the model of Certificate of Compliance for Software Update Management System with the 01 series of amendments to Regulation No. 156.
This proposal (WP.29/2025/142), as amended by para. 78 (c), was adopted by the World Forum. Forty-three Contracting Parties out of the 0 applying UN R156 were present for the vote by AC.1. Forty-two voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
