5. The secretariat presented informal document GRVA-23-03, highlighting key outcomes from the WP.29 session in June 2025, which were relevant for GRVA. He referred participants to the session report ECE/TRANS/WP.29/1186 for further details. He informed the participants about the revised instructions regarding copyrights (e.g. for illustrations) in documents posted on the UNECE website. Additionally, he briefly introduced the UN80 initiative, launched by the Secretary-General to mark the United Nations’ 80th anniversary, as a system-wide reform effort aimed at making the UN more efficient, integrated, and results-oriented. He highlighted that this initiative might have an impact on the GRVA documents and meetings in the near future.

6. GRVA noted the report from the secretariat (GRVA-23-03) on the highlights of the last session (June 2025) of the parent body.
