Status and progress report of the Electric Safety (ELSA) informal group and its subgroup on Rechargeable Energy Storage Systems (REESS), proposing an extension through 2014 of the REESS group in order to prepare provisions for motorcycles and related L-Category vehicles. ELSA mandate ends in 2012.
