The representative of Japan, on behalf of the IWG on Event Data Recorder (EDR), requested AC.3 to withdraw ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2023/88 concerning Guidance on Event Data Recorder (EDR) Performance Elements Appropriate for Adoption in 1958 and 1998 Agreement Resolutions or Regulations. He explained that the document achieved the initial objective of WP.29 and AC.3 and that the group reserved the possibility in the future to resubmit it in the agenda as a follow-up of further elaboration of the IWG. AC.3 agreed on this request.
