The representative of the United States of America informed AC.3 that the IWG on Event Data Recorder (EDR) prepared a common set of specifications for light duty vehicles as guidance document for the Contracting Parties of the 1958 and 1998 Agreements. She added that the IWG had not yet completed its current assignment under the 1958 Agreement and therefore she confirmed that ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2023/88 should be considered for information only.
