Proposed text to facilitate the administrative control of two-stage requirements introduced in the 03 series of amendment. The two levels of stringency in terms of the wrap around distance (WAD) boundary of the bonnet top test area will be approved and that may be identified only by the notice of approval in accordance with Annex 1, part 2.

This proposal (WP.29/2022/130) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-six Contracting Parties out of the 57 applying UN R127 were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-five voted in favor with zero against and one abstaining.
