GRB was informed that Revision 3 of the 1958 Agreement had entered into force on 14 September 2017 and that WP.29, at its November 2017 session, had adopted Draft General Guidelines for United Nations regulatory procedures and transitional provisions in UN Regulations and a new UN Regulation No. 0 on the International Whole Vehicle Type Approval (IWVTA).
