This informal working group has been established to further develop GTR No. 13, including consideration of the following:

  1. harmonization of crash test specifications,
  2. revision of the scope to address additional vehicle categories,
  3. refinement of test procedures and correction of errors,
  4. material compatibility and hydrogen embrittlement,
  5. evaluation of performance test and stress rupture proposed in Phase 1,
  6. electric barrier enclosure and
  7. consideration of research results reported after completion of Phase 1.
