Proposal to amend para. 3.1. and 3.2. of Annex 5 to harmonize terminology by replacing ‘light emitting surface’ with ‘illuminating surface’, amend para. 7.3. of Annex 5 to specify minimum and maximum dimensions for the fluorescent or retro-reflective triangle and red retro-reflective border, amend para. 1.1. of Part 1 of Annex 7 to clarify the wording of visual inspection requirements for retroreflectors following chemical testing, and delete Annex 11 containing guidelines for installation of rear marking plates on slow-moving vehicles.
