Proposal to amend the Introduction to clarify requirements for approval markings and the Unique Identifier conditional upon access to a secure internet database, amend para. 3.3.1.1. to specify space for the Unique Identifier or approval marking, amend para. 3.3.1.3. to reference Table 1 and Annex 10 for marking arrangements, add new para. 3.3.2.5. for a vertical arrow on devices with reduced light distribution, delete para. 3.3.3. regarding the Unique Identifier format, renumber para. 3.3.4. as para. 3.3.3., amend paras. 3.3.5. and 3.3.6. to clarify marking location and grouped lamps, amend para. 3.5.3.1. to verify stability of optical properties and colour, amend para. 5.1. to list retro-reflector classes, amend paras. 5.1.2., 5.1.3.1., and related provisions to adjust sample numbers and test procedures following exclusion of colour-fastness testing, amend para. 5.2.3.3. to reference the correct heat resistance test part, amend paras. 5.2.5.1.1. and 5.2.6.3. and add Table 8 for daytime colour specifications, delete para. 5.2.5.2.1. regarding maximum retro-reflection values for Classes D and E, renumber Tables 8, 9, and 10 as Tables 9, 10, and 11 respectively, amend Annex 1 Item 5. and add provision for Unique Identifier position, amend Annex 5 para. 8.1.4. to correct cross-reference, amend Annex 6 Parts 2 and 4 provisions for coefficient measurement and corrosion test references, and amend Figure A10-I to remove diametrically opposite requirement for class symbols.
