The representative of OICA showed skepticism about the added value of adding RXSWIN provisions in each UN Regulation, potentially creating circular reference with UN Regulation No. 156. The Chair asked if a timeline to amend relevant UN Regulations had been discussed by WP.29. The representative of France informed GRBP no specific deadline were mentioned by WP.29 and requested to implement the request from WP.29 in a timely manner. He also said similar activities were being held at the EU level to amend relevant regional legislation from the EU.
