Proposal as adopted by the Working Party on General Safety Provisions (GRSG) at its 102nd session to clarify the general test provisions in the Regulation, mainly concerning fuel rails.

The proposed amendments are considered to be adopted and are binding upon all Contracting Parties applying Regulation No. 110 as of 15 July 2013.
