133. The representative of Netherlands (Kingdom of the) presented a request for authorization to develop an amendment to UN Global Technical Regulation No. 13. He explained that the objective was to address some inconsistencies in Part I (Statement of technical rationale and justification) of the UN GTR which had been found to lead to differing interpretations, but that no changes to the existing requirements would be made. AC.3 endorsed the request for authorization (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2025/161) and requested the secretariat to distribute it with an AC.3 symbol at its March 2026 session. |
