111. The representative of the EU informed AC.3 of the progress made by the informal group on the development of new emission test procedures for heavy duty hybrids. AC.3 noted that the informal group could propose the new provisions either as a new gtr or an additional annex to gtr No. 4. AC.3 adopted the proposal to develop these new provisions (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2010/142), as amended below. The secretariat was requested to prepare the corresponding AC.3 document and to refer it to GRPE.
