102. Submitted for consideration and vote, the proposed Corrigendum 2 (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2010/133 and Corr.1) to global technical regulation No. 9 was established in the Global Registry on 10 November 2010 by consensus vote of the following Contracting Parties present and voting:
