The WLTP roadmap was presented by Ichikawa‐san (see document GRPE‐63‐28). There were no major changes since last GRPE. Confirmation test shall start in September 2012 directly after end of Validation Phase 2. Ichikawa‐san asked strongly for a firm DTP process to fix critical open issues necessary for confirmation testing in due time.

G. D’Urbano gave an overview of the state of work (WLTP‐DTP‐09‐03). The experimental phase has just started and will take time until end of July. First measurement results are expected for end of May. For low powered vehicles validation 1 will be finished in June 2012.

Analysis of the results and fixing of remaining open issues will be conducted until DTP11. Afterwards confirmation testing will start.

All DTP subgroups will provide a list of evaluation issues until mid of May to the DTP secretariat. Critical evaluation issues have to be resolved by the DTP‐subgroups before starting confirmation testing. However, some major points need to be resolved on DTP level.

The evaluation shall start as soon as the first results are available and will be conducted individually by the DTP‐subgroups under coordination of VTF. (see also document WLTP‐DTP‐09‐11). Access to measurement results must be provided to the Subgroups.

DTP group recognized concerns in the ability to achieve Validation2 and Evaluation within the given timeframe. DTP therefore urgently asks VTF to provide a detailed time plan for Validation and Evaluation that covers the time from now on until start of confirmation phase.

DTP decided to have a common meeting approx. every month with VTF and subgroups in order to receive a status of testing from the laboratories and to discuss evaluation issues.

DTP chair will arrange a common meeting with VTF in junction with the June‐GRPE. DTP chair presented a draft time plan for evaluation during VP2 (see Doc WLTP‐DTP‐09‐15).
