Regarding the insertion of the Euro 5 requirements into Regulation No. 83 and the corresponding update and clarification of the scope of Regulation No. 49, GRPE noted that ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2010/54/Rev.1 had been adopted by WP.29 in March 2010 as Supplement 3 to the 05 series of amendments to Regulation No. 49.
