The proposals adopted by the World Forum during its June 2015 session have been declared binding by the Office of the UN Secretary General with no objections from any of the Contracting Parties to the 1958 Agreement. The proposals included:
- UN R136: New regulation on electric motorcycles and other L category vehicles
- UN R51: Vehicle noise-03 series of amendments
- UN R135: Pole side impact protection-01 series of amendments.
In addition, the following supplements are now binding on Contracting Parties applying these regulations:
