UN R16: Proposal for Supplement 1 to the 08 series of amendments

Proposal to align the 08 series with previous series of amendments with regard to approval authority notification of modifications that affect technical performance and/or documentation.
This proposal (WP.29/2020/51) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-nine Contracting Parties out of the 49 applying UN R16 were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-nine voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
