Proposal to expand the scope of the Regulation to cover vehicles of category M1 with a total permissible mass not exceeding 3500 kg and to vehicles of category N1 with a total permissible mass not exceeding 2500 kg, to provide transitional provisions (May 2022/May 2024) and to make minor adaptations and clarifications to the existing requirements.
