Revised proposal from GRE (for the March 2019 WP.29 session) to introduce transitional provisions for the phasing out of UN R91 in conjunction with the introduction of the new UN Regulation on Light-Signaling Devices (LSD).
This proposal (WP.29/2018/113/Rev.1) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-six Contracting Parties out of the 46 applying UN R91 were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-six voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
